Through a wide range of experience and education, God has prepared Dale Elwell to minister to today’s culture. As founder of Cross Culture, Dale has a passion for emerging generations.  He is a gifted communicator who is able to grab the attention of students and connect them to the living God.

Publicity Director/ Evangelist

Jamie Cooper serves part-time as an evangelist and Publicity Director for Cross Culture.    As our Publicity Director, Jamie keeps the "look" of Cross Culture current and appealing to the emerging generation.  As an evangelist, he has a contagious passion for sharing how to defend your faith, apologetics.   He equips both teens and their parents to face current issues with biblical integrity. 

Mr. Matt Evans - Worship Leader

Matt Evans is a singer/songwriter from Greensboro, NC.  Matt has been leading worship and performing, locally and regionally, for the last 15 years.  Currently, Matt serves as the single adult worship leader at The Well at Westover Church in Greensboro, NC.  Previously, Matt has served as a worship leader, or been involved in worship teams, at Central Assembly of God in Springfield, MO, Mosaic Church of Charlotte, NC,  Lifepointe Christian Church in Charlotte, NC, and Northeast Baptist Church in McLeansville, NC.  Matt has also travelled as an independent worship leader and performer in various churches and venues in North Carolina and around the southeast.  Matt Evans also has a B.A. in Pastoral Counseling from Central Bible College in Springfield, MO.

Event Assistant

Chris Foster is a part-time staff member serving on-site.  Drawing from his experience as  Unit Director with the Boys and Girls Club and his present work as Camper Recruiter for the Victory Junction Gang Camp,  he supervises various event details for Cross Culture.  Chris oversees resource sales, event logistics, and event host communications.  His administrative gift coupled with his love for the emerging generation make Chris a valuable member of the Cross Culture team.

FINANCIAL Manager:

Jim is serving Cross Culture as Financial Manager.  God has used him to bring our finances to a higher level of efficiency while maintaining integrity in our business endeavors.  We are truly blessed to have a man of  his expertise managing our finances. 

Publications Director/ Speaker

Brantlee Elwell is a full-time home-maker and homeschool teacher.  She serves part-time as Publications Director and speaker with Cross Culture.  As Publications Director, she oversees all written media:  website, e-letter, and newsletter.  Brantlee also serves as a speaker to women and teen girls.
